Traditional, Local, Cold Smoked Haddock!
Unlike our Smoked Salmon, this traditional smoked fish should be further cooked to absorb and infuse the flavors of the recipe ingredients. A versatile smoked fish dish can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Our local caught fillets are yummy on their own but we recommend trying it with a traditional Creamed Finnan Haddie or Chowder recipe.
One order is one fillet. Fillets range from .45 to .60 lbs per piece.
