A whole fish means zero waste and is by far the best way to enjoy all the benefits of the fish. Complete with bones and skin, a whole fish has more flavor and stays juicier and moister than the usual fillets and steaks. This is the case no matter the cooking method, but it’s especially true when it comes to the grill. You can even use the leftovers for making stock. You will receive approximately 3 to 5 pounds of fish. Depending on the species you could receive one fish or several fish. What fish will I be receiving? That's part of the fun, we won't know until the boats come in from their daily haul. The fish is diverse and can range from Hake, Haddock, Pollock, Redfish, Monk Fish, Whiting, Yellowtail Flounder, Dabs, Cod, Cusk, Lemon Sole, Blackbacks and Grey Sole.  Learn About our Fish.
