A classic with a twist! Hot smoked salmon topped with butcher ground black pepper. The hot smoke tames the pepper for a delicious spin on our classic recipe. We only do small batch so each piece is cooked to perfection. Great as an appetizer, in a wrap or sandwich, on a salad or even for breakfast over toast.
Available in 7 to 8 ounce pieces (~.43 to .50 lbs)
Due to the nature of smoking we aren't able to guarantee an exact weight but we will ensure the pieces are not under 7 ounces.
